Ancient Near Eastern Bibliographies and Indices (ABI)

AfO Realien

This index brings together all entries recorded under “Realien” in the Archiv für Orientforschung (AfO) Vol. 25 (1974/1977) - 52 (2011) and in Supplement 21 (1986) in one file. It contains over 60,000 bibliographical entries, which are assigned to around 20,000 keywords.

The original spellings from the individual AfO volumes have generally been retained, so that different keyword variants appear side by side.

The underlying source is always indicated in the citations. The arrangement of the references is primarily chronological according to the order of the AfO volumes. If a volume contains several entries under one keyword, these are arranged alphabetically by author.
